EXCELLENT QUESTION! I have a couple of answers for you - that are, of course, just as excellent - after the break. The first answer: I've been busy! Your pal CFord has been playing shows like a boss, and putting the finishing touches on the ol' EP (due to release next month), Heroes and Heathens. As evidence, I submit the above pic, which comes to us thanks to photogenius Kevin O'Meara from a show I played in mid-May. Sidebar - normally I'd link you a webpage to see more of his work, but he's between websites at the moment. Just ask your friends if they know Kevin. (Sidebar to that sidebar - just how dope would it be to have a business card that had only your name and "Ask Around" in big letters? My gut feeling is that it would be very dope.) I've actually got another show coming up on Tuesday down at the Cellar on Granville. Tickets are $6 at the door, doors at 8PM, I'll play at around 10PM. The second answer: I've been busy! I've been running a blog for a class that I'm taking right now over at http://toolestooles.wordpress.com, which has dominated my bloggery during May and will likely continue to do so through June. Initially a chore, I'm actually now finding it pretty cool to talk about non-CFord news on the web, so I expect to keep running the blog as a side-project to this one.
